My services are not therapy, mental health treatment, or crisis intervention. Coaching and spiritual services do not replace licensed medical or mental health care.

For ethical and safety reasons, I do not provide coaching, spiritual coaching, energetic work, “clearing” sessions, oracle insight, or related services for individuals experiencing active psychosis, delusions, paranoia, or severe mental instability.

If you are experiencing these symptoms (or are unsure), please seek support from a licensed mental health professional. Spiritual services are not appropriate in these situations and may be destabilizing.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Services
I reserve the right to decline, refuse, or terminate services at any time if I determine that participation may be unsafe, inappropriate, outside the scope of my work, or not aligned with ethical boundaries. This includes situations involving crisis-level mental health concerns, boundary violations, or circumstances where a client requires care beyond the scope of educational coaching or spiritual support.

No refunds will be issued for services rendered or reserved time once services have begun or sessions have been scheduled, consistent with stated policies.

Refund Policy (No Refunds/Final Sale)
Due to the nature of digital products, educational workshops, and time-based services, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to, purchases involving:

• digital workshops, downloadable resources, and self-paced educational materials

• Oracle insight or energetic sessions

• private coaching or mentorship services

• payment plans and deposits

Once purchased, access to digital materials may be delivered immediately, and time-based services involve reserved capacity. For these reasons, refunds, chargebacks, and cancellations are not accepted for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, early termination, changes in personal circumstances, or failure to engage with the materials.

Payment Plans
If a payment plan is offered, it constitutes a commitment to the full purchase amount. Missed payments do not cancel the agreement, and the full balance remains due.

Rescheduling (Time-Based Services Only)
If you have purchased a time-based session (such as coaching, oracle insight, or energetic work), cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and missed sessions may be counted as used sessions and may not be replaced.
